Hiking & Fitness Programs

While the Centre has the facilities for a wide range of possible activities throughout the year, the heartbeat is world-class hiking from a beautiful home base.

“One-of-a-kind, four-at-a-time”

Our centerpiece program involves four friends coming here for 5 days (6 nights) and choosing the personalized mix of activities and level of intensity they want. Besides the almost unlimited local hiking possibilities, guests will be led through sessions of yoga, stretching, Pilates, aerobics and guided meditation. Professional massage and hypnosis services are offered. Mountain biking and kayaking opportunities are also accessible literally right from our doorstep.

Regardless of the activities you choose, we guarantee that you’ll head home with far more than photographs and memories of our beautiful landscapes. You’ll have fresh inspiration, motivation, confidence, and positive self-direction; and the practical, workable means to sustain your renewed energy long after your stay.

Guests arrive Sunday afternoon/evening, and depart Saturday morning. Program runs Monday through Friday each week.
